After 18 years in Woodstock VT, Doreen moved to southern California to join Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel in 1993. She watched Twin Farms on the Mobil 5 star list each year and thought, “They are doing something right.” In 2002, after arriving home from a long freeway commute in five lanes of stopped traffic with two cell phones going, there was a copy of Wine Spectator Magazine in her mailbox with the cover article “10 Best Getaways for Wine Lovers in America,” featuring Twin Farms. She’s handled the property’s finances ever since.
