Since 1993, when he helped open Twin Farms, Michael has run all aspects of the hotel’s day-to-day operations. He remains the face of Twin Farms — especially during cocktail hour, when he socializes with guests to make sure they are thrilled with their visit. With his deep roots in the food and beverage industry, he’s often found in the kitchen or dining room, and he works closely with Chef Ted Ask to make sure that Twin Farms stays on the cutting edge of culinary trends. He also collaborates with all department heads and personnel to maintain the property’s 5-star rating.
