Chef Ted oversees all aspects of the Twin Farms culinary experience. After graduating from the New England Culinary Institute and completing rigorous training at the Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, he joined Twin Farms in 1996. Early in his career, he gained an appreciation for local farmers and fostered a connection to the land in Montana’s Flathead Valley. Seasonal fresh foods continue to dictate his daily creations.
