Dinner is served at eight o'clock in the dining room of the Main House, an intimate setting steeped in rustic elegance. Accompanying the dining room is Twin Farms 26,000-bottle wine cellar, anchored
by a finely-tuned selection of the best French and California reds and whites. In addition, guests may imbibe wines from the choicest regions in Italy, Spain, Australia, Germany and Oregon, whether they prefer a dry Riesling with a light lunch, a subtle domestic Pinot Noir with dinner or anything in between.
Guests hiking, biking or relaxing may opt for a traditional, gourment picnic hamper customized on any location across the grounds or an al fresco affair on the terrace of the Main House. |
