Twin Farms is very excited to announce our partnership with Bodhimaya, an award-winning mind and body retreat leader, our Farm-2-Soul retreat will be centered around authentic meditation practice and restorative activities that will take you on a deep experiential journey into the nature of your mind, promoting a state of profound peace.
Throughout the retreat, explore the farm, reconnect with your soul breathing in fresh air, and taking your focus on wellness to a whole new level. From magnificent views to exquisite service to rejuvenating outdoor activities, this is an event not to be missed. You’ll depart our farm knowing you gave your mind and body the deep nourishment it needs – and feel more grounded than ever before.
Retreat activities will include:
- Twice-daily meditation sessions taking place mid-morning and mid-afternoon at several locations around the farm with Cornelius O’Shaughnessy, founder of Bodhimaya
- Guided sunrise/sunset hikes throughout our private trails
- Guided bike tours to neighboring Quechee Village
- Daily yoga sessions
- Cooking demonstrations curated to heal your body from within using nutritional therapy practices
- One-on-one consultations available*
Four or six night retreats are available:
Four nights - Arrive on Thursday, September 9, depart Monday, September 13
Six nights - Arrive on Thursday, September 9, depart Wednesday, September 15
