The Fitness Center — equipped with treadmills, two Precor EFX bicycles, a Flex Circuit System, free weights, yoga equipment and mats, and exercise videos — provides a sheltered alternative to the range of outdoor activities. After a morning of walking, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, snowshoeing, cross-country or downhill skiing, pamper yourself in the salon or in one of two treatment rooms in Twin Farms’ Out of the Woods spa, featuring glass brick steam rooms and seasonal treatments and products designed by Arcania Apothecary of England. Of course, you can always escape to the 104-degree Japanese furo together, or bring the spa to your private cottage with in-room couples massage therapy.
Arcania Apothecary: Unique to Twin Farms
Developed specifically for Twin Farms by Richard Howard, product formulator and director of Arcania Apothecary and a leading perfumer, Out of the Woods is a collection of 100% vegetarian bath and body products inspired by Vermont’s rural setting. Each distinct product is prepared entirely by hand in the Arcania Apothecary lab in Somerset, England using natural botanical ingredients and pure essential oils. All ten selections are available for use in 16 ounces bottles in each accommodation, utilizing an environmentally conscious and hygienic refill system.
