Join us for a memorable dining experience Chef Nathan is hosting with Krug Champagne on Friday night of the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen at 6:30 pm at the Little Nell. Each year, the House of Krug pays tribute to a humble Single Ingredient and invites renowned Krug Ambassade Chefs to create food pairings to accompany the latest Édition of Krug Grande Cuvée and Krug Rosé. In 2023, they are celebrating a beacon of generosity and vitality and the first fruit to be elected Single Ingredient: the vibrant citrus called lemon. Chef Nathan Rich has partnered with Little Nell Culinary Director Matthew Zubrod to present a mouthwatering, lemon-themed menu complemented by Krug's finest champagnes. Each guest will receive a Krug x Lemon book as a takeaway gift.
