Event Details
Every year, the legendary Champagne house Krug selects a single, humble ingredient to celebrate, inviting its chef ambassadors to interpret that ingredient with recipes to accompany its Krug Grand Cuvée and Krug Rosé wines. This year, the honoree is the flower, along with all of its various aromas, colors, and yes, flavors — from the delightfully bitter dandelion to the peppery nasturtium to the lemony elderflower.
The Krug x Flower Weekend at Twin Farms this winter will see culinary creativity in full bloom, thanks to Krug Ambassades, Chef Nathan Rich and Chef Vinson Petrillo of the acclaimed Restaurant at Zero George in Charleston, S.C. Throughout the weekend, their florally inspired menus will pair perfectly with Krug Champagne.
FRIDAY, JANUARY 31ST, 2025
3:00pm: Snowshoe Hike
A bubbly-fueled snowshoe hike to the lift shack featuring Krug.
6:00-8:00pm: Spotlight Dinner at Twiggs
Twiggs will feature Chef Vinson’s signature dishes, along with our Twin Farms a la carte menu and Krug pairings.

Al fresco experience at Copper Pond with Chef Nathan Rich and the culinary team

6:00-8:00pm: Collaborative Dinner ft. Chef Vinson and Krug in the Dining Room
