We are thrilled to welcome Chef Mitsunobu Nagae and Master Sommelier David Keck for an unforgettable culinary experience. Chef Mitsunobu Nagae, owner of Kuma Hospitality Group and executive chef of l'abeille, a sophisticated French Michelin-starred restaurant in Tribeca, brings his unique French style that honors his Japanese heritage and focuses on fresh ingredients. David Keck, one of the world’s few Master Sommeliers and a 2016 Food & Wine Sommelier of the Year, is also a winemaker producing organically grown, low-intervention wines at Stella 14 since his return to Vermont in 2020.

- 5:00-6:00pm Meet and Greet: Join us in Twiggs before dinner to meet Chef Mitsunobu Nagae and David Keck.
- 6:00-8:00pm Spotlight Dinner: Chef Mitsu will have a couple signature dishes at Twiggs, along with our Twin Farms a la carte menu, while David Keck pours gems from the Twin Farms cellar. Dinner reservations are required.
Saturday, September 7th, 2024
- 3:00-4:00pm Wine Tasting: Enjoy David Keck for a relaxed afternoon tasting with Stella 14 wines at Twiggs.
- Collaborative Dinner: Experience a special multi-course dinner in the Dining Room featuring courses by Chef Mitsu and the Twin Farms Culinary team, as well as wine pairings by David Keck from the Twin Farms cellar. Please note that the Dining Room will be exclusively reserved for this event. Dining reservations are required as space is limited. Seatings 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm
