Event Details

We are very excited to welcome Chef Mitsunobu Nagae and Master Sommelier, David Keck.  We will be hosting a meet and greet with cocktails and canapés on Friday evening in Twiggs and a special collaborative dinner with the team on Saturday.

Chef Mitsunobu Nagae is owner of Kuma Hospitality Group and executive chef of Tribeca’s warm, sophisticated and elegant French Michelin starred restaurant.  Chef Mitsunobu’s unique French style focuses on fresh ingredients while honoring his Japanese heritage.

David Keck is one of the world’s few Master Sommeliers and was named one of Food & Wine’s Sommeliers of the Year in 2016.  He is also a winemaker, leasing vineyards at Boyden Valley to produce organically grown, low-intervention wines when he returned to Vermont in 2020.
