May 29-31st, we will welcome Joe Schafer, Executive Chef from The Lodge at Glendorn and June 26-28th, Matthew Delisle, Chef de Cuisine of L'Espalier and Robert Haas, founder of Vineyard Brands Importers and owner of Tablas Creek Vineyard will join us.
