We are thrilled to announce that Chef Patrick O’Connell, Owner and Executive Chef of The Inn at Little Washington, will be joining us at Twin Farms for our annual White Truffle Weekend.
Chef O’Connell, renowned for his Forbes 5-Star Property, Relais & Chateaux, and Michelin 3-Star Restaurant in Washington, VA, will collaborate with the Twin Farms culinary team to bring the finest white truffles to our dining room on November 9th, 2024. Enjoy the pinnacle of Italian cuisine paired with exquisite Italian wines from our extensive 15,000-bottle wine cellar.

- 6:00-8:00pm Spotlight Dinner: Chef Patrick O’Connell will have a couple signature dishes at Twiggs, along with our Twin Farms a la carte menu.*Dinner reservations are required.
Saturday, November 15th, 2025
- 3:00-4:00pm Join us for a Truffle Afternoon at Twiggs as we welcome back Celine Labaune from Gourmet Attitude, renowned truffle importer, who will put your truffle knowledge to the test. *This event is available for guests attending the Truffle Dinner.
- 5:30 – 8:00pm: We invite you to join us for cocktails and canape in the main house prior to your dinner reservation.
- Collaborative Dinner: Experience a special multi-course dinner in the Dining Room featuring Chef Patrick O’Connell and the Twin Farms team. Please note that the Dining Room will be exclusively reserved for this event. 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00pm Seatings
- Dining reservations are required as space is limited. $500+tax per person
