Indulge in one of the finest wines in the world at this special dinner with Dominus Estate of Napa Valley. Wine Director and Lead Sommelier Morgan LaCroix and her team will be pouring Dominus wines from the mid 1990s to the early 2000s, paired with a multi-course menu created by Chef Nathan Rich.
Dominus was founded in 1982 by Christian Moueix, a young Frenchman whose family owned, among other vineyards, the legendary Château Pétrus in Pomerol. The estate is famous for its historic Napanook vineyard — where Napa Valley pioneer George Yount first planted grapes in the 19th century — and for its stunning architecture by Herzog and de Meuron. The Bordeaux-style wines, blends of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, are made with what Moueix terms “Napa terroir, Bordeaux spirit” and are among the most acclaimed reds in the world.
