We can't wait to welcome Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Adriano Venturini and Master Sommelier David Keck!
Eden Roc Cap Cana is the only Relais & Châteaux resort in the Dominican Republic and acclaimed for it's cuisine. Venturini is a veteran of Michelin-star restaurants throughout Europe, including Le Gavroche in London, he brings a Mediterranean approach to the ingredients found in Cap Cana’s crystalline waters, with a particular focus on sustainable food sourcing, ethical fishing methods, and “head-to-tail,” zero-waste menus.
David Keck is one of the world’s few Master Sommeliers and was named one of Food & Wine’s Sommeliers of the Year in 2016, . After making his name in Texas at acclaimed spots like Goodnight Charlie’s, Rosie Cannonball, and Uchi, he returned to his home state of Vermont in March 2020 to become a winemaker, leasing vineyards at Boyden Valley to produce organically grown, low-intervention wines.
Experience Venturini’s take on the cuisine of Vermont when he joins Chef Nathan Rich for a collaborative dinner at Twin Farms, paired with wines from our cellar by Master Sommelier David Keck.
