A boutique winery in Rutherford, Calif., Staglin has won an ardent following for its limited-production wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Sangiovese — grown from vines first planted in the 1860s.
Embark on this culinary journey with a Friday afternoon wine tasting accompanied by chef-prepared canapés and Vermont cheeses. On Saturday, Chefs Voskuil and Rietzel take over the Twin Farms kitchen for a collaborative dinner paired with Staglin wines — a thrilling combination of the best of both coasts.
