Wyoming + Wine Weekend

This once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience offers the chance to meet two rising stars in the culinary world: Chef Ülfet Özyabasligil Ralph of Magee Homestead in Wyoming and Master Sommelier David Keck.
Chef Ülfet was recently honored with a Forbes Five-Star rating at Magee Homestead, the luxury hideaway and member of Relais & Châteaux. Born in Istanbul, she sharpened her knives at a series of acclaimed hotels and restaurants, including Camden Harbour Inn in Maine, South Carolina’s Obstinate Daughter, and Little St. Simon’s Island in Georgia.
Named one of Food & Wine’s Sommeliers of the Year in 2016, David is one of the world’s few Master Sommeliers. After making his name in Texas at acclaimed spots like Goodnight Charlie’s, Rosie Cannonball, and Uchi, he returned to his home state of Vermont in March 2020 to become a winemaker, leasing vineyards at Boyden Valley to produce organically grown, low-intervention wines.
The weekend will kick off Friday afternoon with a wine tasting led by David and paired with Vermont cheeses and canapés prepared by Chef Ülfet. On Saturday, the two will collaborate again with Chef Nathan Rich on a special dinner paired with wines from the Twin Farms cellar.
