An accomplished alumni of our culinary team, Chef Kyle returns for a homecoming weekend to bring the coastal cuisine of Virginia to the mountains of Vermont. Our culinary team is excited to cook alongside Chef Kyle once again and share in his passion for seasonal, regional cuisine.

Please Note: This special menu will be offered exclusively in the Dining Room, and as space is limited, reservations are required with seatings at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00pm. We encourage you to arrive early so you may enjoy a cocktail prior to your seating time.
