Chef’s Kitchen Table Experience

We invite you to join our culinary team for an unforgettable evening at The Twin Farms Chef’s Kitchen Table—an intimate dining experience set within the heart of our Forbes Five-Star kitchen.

Here, guests are invited to surrender to the moment. Thoughtfully crafted by Chef Nathan Rich & Chef Sylvain Courbet, the multi-course tasting menu is curated from the freshest seasonal ingredients and paired beautifully with reserve wines selected by our wine director, Ryan Bogdan. The experience evolves naturally—each course building on the last—with an ever-present element of surprise inspired by those seated at the table.

This moment marks an important chapter in our story and showcases the true essence of the Twin Farms experience. We have always welcomed our guests into every corner of our world—including spaces most resorts keep hidden behind the curtain. For us, these moments of shared discovery and connection are what define the spirit of Twin Farms.

The dining area sits adjacent to the Chef Rich–designed Athanor cooking suite, featuring two handcrafted farmhouse tables and welcoming anywhere from two to eight guests. The design allows for flexibility—intimate enough for a couple yet grand enough for a celebratory gathering—ensuring each evening feels personal, inspired, and unforgettable.

This new space was envisioned and brought to life through a collaboration between TruexCullin, AvroKO (the design firm behind our spa vision), our ownership, and our operations and culinary teams. Together, they created a setting that feels simultaneously warm, natural, and deeply connected to the heart of the kitchen. The design preserves our New England farmhouse roots while embracing the modern sensibility of our contemporary culinary program.

Much like the Dining Room, the Chef’s Kitchen Table relies on authentic materials—natural woods, tactile finishes, and a palette that emits warmth, setting the stage for the true centerpiece of the experience: our guests, our team, and the dialogue between food and wine.

• The Chef’s Kitchen Table Experience is $500 per person and inclusive of reserve wine pairings
• Plan to join us for the evening, typically a two-and-a-half-hour experience, which starts at 7 pm
• For very special occasions, the Chef’s Kitchen Table may be reserved privately
