We’re delighted to welcome back Executive Chef Kyle Perkins from the Tides Inn. An accomplished alumni of our culinary team, Chef Kyle returns for a homecoming weekend to bring the coastal cuisine of Virginia to the mountains of Vermont. Our culinary team is excited to cook alongside Chef Kyle once again and share in his passion for seasonal, regional cuisine.

Kick off the weekend with a delicious à la carte dinner in Twiggs, where we will highlight special dishes prepared by Chef Kyle Perkins. Reservations are required, as space is limited.
Discover the art of a Vermont winter on The Farm and start your day with sledding, skiing down the mountain or ice skating – the opportunities are endless.
Indulge in a special multi-course tasting dinner, thoughtfully crafted through a collaboration between Chef Kyle, our Executive Chef Nathan Rich and the Twin Farms culinary team. Please Note: This special menu will be offered exclusively in the Dining Room, and as space is limited, reservations are required with seatings at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00pm. We encourage you to arrive early so you may enjoy a cocktail prior to your seating time.
On your departure day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the comfort and warmth of your cottage.
