We’re delighted to welcome back Executive Chef Kyle Perkins from the Tides Inn. An accomplished alumni of our culinary team, Chef Kyle returns for a homecoming weekend to bring the coastal cuisine of Virginia to the mountains of Vermont. Our culinary team is excited to cook alongside Chef Kyle once again and share in his passion for seasonal, regional cuisine.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 10TH, 2026
Collaborative Dinner: Indulge in a special multi-course tasting dinner, thoughtfully crafted through a collaboration between Chef Kyle our Executive Chef Nathan Rich and the Twin Farms culinary team. This special menu will be offered exclusively in the Dining Room on Saturday, January 10th.
Seating times: 6:00pm or 8:30pm
