Â Chef Mitsunobu Nagae, owner of Kuma Hospitality Group and executive chef of l'abeille, a sophisticated French Michelin-starred restaurant in Tribeca, brings his unique French style that honors his Japanese heritage and focuses on fresh ingredients.
