Every year, the legendary Champagne house Krug selects a single, humble ingredient to celebrate, inviting its chef ambassadors to interpret that ingredient with recipes to accompany its Krug Grand Cuvée and Krug Rosé wines. Introducing the carrot: A true reflection of terroir and season, the carrot reveals its many facets, shaped by nature but also the masterful hands of artisan chefs.
This year, we are delighted to welcome Chef Ryan Ratino, Owner & Executive Chef of Jônt, a Michelin Two-Starred restaurant and fellow Relais & Chateaux member. Jônt offers a progressive tasting menu that showcases the beauty of simple yet luxurious ingredients from around the world, with a special nod to the elegance of Japanese cuisine. The Krug x Single Ingredient Weekend at Twin Farms is sure to be an unforgettable experience.
