Event Details

A historic grande dame overlooking the Rhode Island coast, Ocean House is one of the only resorts in the world to have earned a Forbes Five-Star ranking for the hotel, the spa, and the restaurant. The latter, COAST, is the sphere of Chef Terence Feury, whom we are delighted to welcome to Twin Farms for a special culinary weekend. A James Beard Award finalist, Chef Terence will display his mastery of New England Coastal Cuisine — a virtuosity honed at storied kitchens that include New York’s Le Bernardin; Newport, R.I.’s Forty 1° North, and Washington’s Ritz-Carlton Georgetown.

Savor a selection of signature dishes curated by Chef Terence at Twiggs, complemented by the Twin Farms à la carte menu. As space is limited, dinner reservations are required.

Saturday, February 21

Cocktails & Canapés

Join us before dinner for cocktails and canapes in the Main House at 6pm.

 

Collaborative Dinner in the Dining Room

Indulge in a special multi-course tasting dinner, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Terence and the Twin Farms Culinary Team. Please Note: This special menu will be offered exclusively in the Dining Room, and as space is limited, reservations are required with seatings at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00pm. We encourage you to arrive early so you may enjoy a small bite and beverage prior to your seating time.

Sunday, February 22

Winter Activity

Join our chefs for a morning of downhill skiing, then ease into a cozy Après-Ski gathering in the slopeside Warming Hut from 12–1pm. Lunch service will be available as usual in the Dining Room from 12:30–2pm.

 

Dinner at Your Leisure

After freshening up, join us in Twiggs or the Dining Room for a delicious dinner to kick off the weekend.

Monday, February 23

Breakfast In Bed

On your departure day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the comfort and warmth of your cottage.
