Michael Beardsley, General Manager, Ryan Bogdan, Wine Director and the entire culinary team at Twin Farms take great pleasure in providing our guests with a memorable dining experience. Daily, our beverage team selects distinctive wines from our 17,000-bottle collection to pair with lunch and dinner. We are honored that our program has been recognized with the Wine Spectator Award for Excellence in 2024 and a 3-Star Accreditation in the 2025 World’s Best Wine List Awards.
Our cellar collection ranges from well-known domestic, French and Italian estates to nouveau vintners from across the globe. Wines are carefully married to the meals created for you by Chef Nathan Rich and his team. We are delighted to introduce your palate to new flavors and reunite you with some long-standing favorites during your stay.
